How can I get in touch?

The Stuffastoreus team is always ready to help! Feel free to reach out to us via email or our contact form, and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can for any questions or concerns you may have.

Just a friendly reminder to include your order number in any messages you send to us. 

When will my order arrive?

We only ship tracked mail and parcels with Australia Post — all packages are packed with the care and consideration of their contents in mind.

We strive to dispatch all orders within two business days. However, due to the volume of cards to pack, it may occasionally take three to four business days.

Shipping Information

At Stuffastoreus, we ship our items across Australia and internationally. We only use quality packaging, envelopes and padded mailers to ship our items to you.

What is your refund policy?

Take your time and make a decision that you’re happy with. We don’t usually offer refunds if you just change your mind or make a mistake. But if you have a faulty product, a product that’s been described wrongly, a product that’s different from what you ordered online, or a product that doesn’t live up to the advertised performance, we’re happy to give you a refund, an exchange, or a credit.

What happens if my goods are damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Unfortunately if your item is damaged during shipping on its way to you, this is out of our hands.
